For DIY connectors assembled on site, cutting related warranty terms are invalid, as defective cutting will hurt the inside circuit or lead to poor waterproof performance. So the 1st important issue is to cut the neon rightly.
When cutting, place the light tihgtly fit on the cutter's balance holder, then cut precisely align with the dotted line (01/02).
Make sure not to cut on an angle, which will damage the internal circuit and/or result in waterproof failure.
